Where are you based?

We are an Australian business, and our office is in Australia. Our partners are from Australia, though we operate internationally.

What is the turn around time for delivery?

It depends on what you have purchased from us. For example, a 30 seconds script can be delivered within a week, while a 30 seconds animation can take up to 3 weeks. This includes your review and feedback time.

What languages can YouGoShoeString.com provide services for?

As an Australian based business, our main language of operation is English. However, while we are proficient in writing scripts in English, we are also able to provide limited script translations into Mandarin.

We are, however, able to edit videos, and provide sound mix and sound design in both English and Mandarin.

What Video Production Services does YouGoShoeString.com provide?

YouGoShoeString.com provides: Script Writing, Video Editing, Animation, Sound Production, Cinematography Production, and is also a Full Service Video Production Agency.

Not all services are available internationally, or are online yet, however, if you contact us, we may be able to start helping you get your videos produced, from concept to delivery.

If you want to find out more, please do contact us and we'll usually respond within 4 - 8 hours.

Are there discounts?

We have a simple discount structure: 5% OFF total cart - Pick 2 any services or items
10% OFF total cart - Pick 3 any services or items
15% OFF total cart - Pick 4 or more items

Besides emailing, are there other means of communications for more complex requirements?

While in general email communications will be sufficient to produce the work, however we recognised that sometimes you want to be able to talk to someone and explain your requirements.

You can buy a meeting package which includes a 30 minutes clarity or kick off video meeting or voice call, and up to 2 X 15 minutes follow up video meeting during the production process for A$50.

However, if you pick the Full Production package (Coming Soon), online meetings and concept discussions are part of the package. In fact we won't start until we have a good discussion with you on what you want to achieve with your video.

What if the deliverable ends up being longer than what was paid for?

In general, when you purchase a service, while you can already pick an expected length, and paid for it, or just pick the base module and pay for that. If the scope demands a longer duration, we will contact you to advice of such an increase in scope, and will send a scope change or final invoice with the extra cost which must be paid before the product is delivered to you.

What if I need the service delivered urgently?

If an urgent delivery is required, Let us know on the notes during check out. There will be a Speedtrack fee of 15% over an above the final cost of the delivery, but we are always happy to talk through what is possible with you before proceeding
